DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
“The Source of Light began not as a sprawling idea, but as an exercise in constraint. I challenged myself to pivot from an ambitious, thirty-page script to a singular, one-minute study—heightening a single elemental spark to its greatest potential. As an admirer of period aesthetics and the primal nature of fire, I wanted to explore the moral contrast between two worlds: the cold, frictionless void of our digital age and the quiet, flickering dignity of the era that preceded it.”
